What causes anxiety attacks

There are a number of reasons that can trigger anxiety. Some of the reasons may be job related, such a terrible boss, a fear of losing your job, an important presentation. Other causes may be more private like outstanding bills, a troublesome child, a parent with ill health or a mortgage. Sometimes anxiety can even come from abroad. Not knowing what direction to take after school, for example, that may be anxiety. Some causes of anxiety may even be psychological - that may hark back from childhood trauma or bad experiences. There are plenty of things that can trigger anxiety, but we can classify them into two main categories: the things we are uncertain, and the things we cherish.

Another cause of anxiety is the lack of rest. People need sleep to function properly.
