I’m going to carry on my example from my previous post, where I uploaded/promoted a Gunz: The Online Duel cheat/hack pack, obviously I’m still doing this, but it’s time to set up my game a bit onto video marketing, now you’ve got two options, create the video youself, using software such as HyperCam, or just steal somebody elses video.
I personally prefer to steal somebody elses video, because it saves time, you can download FLV files from Youtube, you can do this on loads of websites, just Google “Download from youtube” and you’ll find something that works. Once we have our video, which has to be related to our upload, just upload it on to Youtube, make sure you have a nice title, a good long description which uses a lot of keywords and as many tags as you can think of.
This all helps in getting your view count up, depending on your niche you should more or less be getting views from a few seconds after you upload, but you may not see any results for a few days, obviously in the description, within the first 3 lines promote the link, so I uploaded a video of somebody playing gunz using a hackbot, then I said “You can download this hackbot at [url]” and added anatations onto the video to catch the viewers attention.
You can use video marketing for just about everything, it’s very powerful and you can be making a lot of money from it, if done correctly. If you see results from one video, your obviously doing something right, so carry on uploading and get 100’s of videos all across Youtube.
Obviously a lot of people use Youtube mainly for music, simply because they are un-aware of how they can download it themselves, which should be quite easy for anyone reading this blog (Tip: Warez / Torrent Forums / Websites)
We’re going to take the previous topic, extract the method of using somebody elses video, but with a music video, now you’ve got two key streams of income, either upload a fake copy of the album, upload a real copy of the album, or upload a copy of each song.
